Return Process

  Log in to your MOVA account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer box with all manuals and cables, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
