What kind of warranty comes with MOVA electronics?
All MOVA devices include a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty that covers hardware defects and technical malfunctions. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
How long does shipping take and is it insured?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Because electronics are high-value items, every MOVA shipment is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery for your security.
What is your return policy for opened devices?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the device has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and cables included. A small restocking fee may apply to opened items.
Are MOVA products compatible with international voltage standards?
Most of our portable electronics are dual-voltage (110V-240V). However, we recommend checking the 'Technical Specs' section on the specific product page to confirm compatibility before purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For high-end setups, we also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm to help you pay over time.
